A: Yes. You can do so confidentially through the Ethic channel. Every complaint is processed on the basis of the Constitution and international treaties ratified by Colombia.

A: You can raise a petition or complaint with the Human Talent area or via the Ethic channel.

Q: Can I demand that my working hours and rest times be respected?
A: Yes. Colombian law protects basic labor rights, including rest, fair pay and safety.

Q: What if I notice a mistake in my salary?
A: If you identify a discrepancy in your salary or have any question related to pay, contact the Payroll department or via the internal Ethic channel. They will review your case and provide a clear and timely response.

Collective Bargaining and Freedom of Association

We support employees’ freedom to join unions and participate in collective bargaining processes freely and without reprisals.

Q: Can I join a union without being fired or sanctioned?
A: Yes. The right to union association is protected by the Constitution.

Q: What can I do if I believe my union rights are being violated?
A: You can file a formal claim through the Ethic channel or with the Ministry of Labor.

Q: Do I have the right to the same pay as my colleagues doing the same job?
A: Yes. The law prohibits any form of pay discrimination.

Prevention of Violence, Harassment and Discrimination

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence and any form of mistreatment. We foster work relationships based on respect, empathy and communication.

Q: What should I do if I suffer harassment from a coworker or superior?
A: You should report it immediately to your supervisor or to the Workplace Coexistence Committee.

Q: Can I report sexual harassment if the perpetrator is my direct boss?
A: Yes. The complaint will be handled with full confidentiality and no reprisals.

Q: What measures does the company take to prevent workplace harassment?
A: We conduct training, implement protocols and follow-up on each reported case.
