Position: Sales Development Representative
Are you a dynamic and motivated salesperson with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets? We are currently seeking a talented Sales Development Representative.
Benefits:
💼 Employment Type: Full-time. Indefinite Term Contract.
💰 Compensation: $3.200.000 + Commissions
⏰ Schedule Monday to Friday: 8-5PM
📍 Location: On-Site – Barranquilla
Requirements:
- English level C1 or Higher.
- 1 + years of BDR/SDR call center experience, with a history of surpassing lead targets
- Restaurant or Restaurant Tech experience is a PLUS.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and establishing initial relationships through targeted and efficient outreach efforts.
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of potential prospects and coordinating formal discovery meetings with sales executives.
- Identifying and implementing best practices to enhance the company’s lead generation playbook.
- Leading a team of full-time and/or part-time SDRs, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
- Utilizing SalesForce, Outreach, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identifying and qualifying prospective restaurants that can benefit from the [me] solution.
- Building strong and trusting relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
- Providing regular reports on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Development Manager.
