About Legal Talent Sourcer
We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Talent Sourcer to support our U.S. legal recruitment operations. In this role, you will proactively research and identify top legal job opportunities in the U.S. market, source high-caliber candidates, and build strong pipelines for our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly graduated lawyer with strong English skills who wants to kick-start a global career in the legal recruitment industry.

Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, Law, or related
- Effective communication, active listening (in English)
- English C1 (Strong written communication skills).
- Experience in cold calling and cold outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source potential candidates utilizing sourcing tools.
- Research and identify legal job openings in the US market.
- Monitoring Firm Prospects for new positions and sending a tailored list to the U.S. Manager.
- Tracking active searches for star candidates that the recruitment team has outlined.
