Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, Law, or related
  • Effective communication, active listening (in English)
  • English C1 (Strong written communication skills).
  • Experience in cold calling and cold outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source potential candidates utilizing sourcing tools.
  • Research and identify legal job openings in the US market.
  • Monitoring Firm Prospects for new positions and sending a tailored list to the U.S. Manager.
  • Tracking active searches for star candidates that the recruitment team has outlined.
